The urgency of a process of strengthening parliaments, with public policies of social inclusion that allow a more egalitarian society and an education that opens doors to forming a critical citizen, that understands the differences within the field of respect to the Other and to the Freedoms of choice. The proposal of continuous improvement of institutions and judgments through systems of consultations, reforms and legal and political revisions is increasingly needed in a world of constant change.
