O presente texto apareceu pela primeira vez, sob o título de Remarques sur la critique hégélienne de Fichte, in Cahiers de philosophie, primavera de 1995, p. 313-323, e em seguida o texto reapareceu re-elaborado em Hegel et lidealisme allemand, Paris: Vrin, p. 89-98, sob o título Le spéculatif contre le transcendental: Hegel critique de Fichte, versão da qual elaborou-se a presente tradução.
