A linguagem fascista como estratégia

Abstract

Jason Stanley (1969 - ) is part of the philosophical generation of the transition between the 20th and the 21st century in which he directs research and academic studies towards philosophy of language, ethics and politics. By balancing philosophy and politics with conjunctural analyses, Jason Stanley positions himself close to lived politics and not political theory, that is, the conceptual foundations arising from philosophy, political science and political philosophy are instruments in favour of expressing that is experienced in politics, society, countries and the world. Because of being interested in understanding fascism, the philosopher conceives language as one of the elements of structure and strategy in order to serve political practices. The objective is to demonstrate how Jason Stanley exposes a philosophy of language to emerge language as a strategy for the political practices of fascism. The study focuses on the book How fascism works – the politics of us and them, and the other works and articles of the American philosopher are complementary. It is intended to show how Jason Stanley delineates that there is a specific language of fascism as a strategy and how it is possible to establish the reason why the fascist language is a universal possibility and not a historical one.
